- no external energy is required.
No moving internal parts such as agitators are necessary. Digestion of feed substrate with high dry solids content (DS up to 12 %) is possible.
Two section system
Two in-series cascades (two section system) prevent short circuiting.
Sediments and scum layers are avoided through special tank design and are continuously removed with adequate tank equipment. Consequently, clogging and sedimentation problems are reduced to a minimum.

Integration into overall biogas plant
